What if my product is defective?
If a product shows a defect, please refer to our Warranty page for repair and return conditions. We'll do our best to help and solve your problem.
I changed my mind / ordered the wrong product
It happens to everyone! According to EU rules, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days after the delivery, for any reason and without a justification.
if you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please inform our team so that we can prevent it from being shipped.
Please note that returns of perishable or unsealed goods will not be accepted. Your return will only be accepted upon inspection by our team to ensure its resaleable condition.

Returning a product from the EU
If you are located in the EU, you can return your product(s) yourself. Please contact us by email specifying the product(s) being returned so that we can check the validity of your request. We will not be able to accept returns if the product is returned prior to your notification.
If you are unable to return the product yourself, please let us know so that we can send you an estimate of the shipping costs that will be charged to you. We will send you a return label and a link to schedule a pickup by a carrier.
You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us, or your return may not be accepted.
Returning a product outside the EU
If you are outside the EU, you cannot return the product(s) yourself because of the customs problems this may cause. Please contact us by email specifying the product(s) being returned so that we can check the validity of your request and give you an estimation of the shipping costs. We will not be able to accept returns if the product is returned prior to your notification.
We will send you a return label and a link to schedule a pickup by a carrier.
Refund policy
According to EU rules, Darwin Microfluidics will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, this refund can be delayed if we haven't received the goods. Any shipping charges will be refunded, minus extra delivery costs if you requested a non-standard delivery.
The refund will be made in the currency of the order.
